There are two Independent Living options available at Garden Plaza at Cleveland.  Our community is a no-endowment community.

Patio Homes

Residents have a choice of floor plans when considering a patio home.  The advantage of these homes is that residents benefit from all the amenities of the community.  Each home features a spacious living and dining room, a master suite and guest rooms as well as a one-car garage.  Call today to reserve your home and for more details about these newest additions to our campus.

Independent Living Apartments
For those who prefer living in an apartment complex, this would be a great choice.  Residents can choose from three different floor plans.  Included in the monthly lease are all of the services and amenities available within the community.

Garden Plaza at Cleveland is also privileged to be part of a Continuum of Care Campus.  This means that you do not have to leave our campus should you require assistance with daily activities, rehabilitation or skilled nursing.
