A 4,000 square foot therapy gym located on the Garden Plaza Campus, allows our team of highly talented physical, occupational and speech therapists to assist you in maintaining the highest level of independence.

Our rehabilitation center is available to Garden Plaza residences on an outpatient basis.  As a resident at Garden Plaza at Cleveland, our Resident Care Director will assist in arranging for outpatient therapy.

Our staff has a combined total of 128 years experience in physical, occupational and speech therapy.  With 20 licensed and highly trained staff, Garden Plaza’s rehabilitation department can meet your needs.  Our services include vital stimulation, lymphadema management, orthopedics, neuro, pulmonary, pediatrics and geriatrics.

Our 4,000 square foot therapy gym includes private treatment rooms, complete body fitness system, Aquaciser, indoor pool, ACP and ETPS electrical stimulation, Diathermy, Fluidotherapy, Anodyne along with a full size furnished apartment.

And if you should ever need skilled in-patient rehabilitation… The Bridge at Garden Plaza Assisted Living is connected to Life Care Center of Cleveland by a scenic glass bridge that allows residents the premier opportunity of placement on Life Care’s skilled rehab wing.  Residents in Assisted Living are always grateful for this opportunity when severe sickness or injury occurs because this service allows them the respite of intense rehabilitation while keeping in mind their goal of returning to The Bridge at Garden Plaza’s Assisted Living.  This feature also allows couples the opportunity to be together on the same campus, and should one partner decline, this model allows their spouse the opportunity to participate in the care their loved one is receiving.
